Shipment Policy

We make every effort to display the most current and accurate product inventory information. We willnotify  you by e-mail directly in the event that a product's unavailability within 48 hours from the time you place your order.  We will then cancel the back out item(s) and ship the rest of the items in the order accordingly.Orders usually ship within 24 - 72 hours if all items in the order are available.

Return Policy

Purchased items in unopened and original cartons and/or packaging bags and in resalable condition can be accepted for refund within 10 business days upon receipt of the delivery. A handling charge
of 15% of the returned merchandise shall apply. Customers have to pay for all related shipping costs for return to and resend the items from our warehouse.

When returning item(s), please provide the original receipt and indicate on the back of the receipt, or in an attached letter, the reasons for the return and your name and phone number.

All refunds will be credited to the Visa or MasterCard credit card used in the original purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse unauthorized return at any time.

Claim For Damages

In case of damage during transportation, JC Furniture Hardware Corporation will not be liable for any obligation or responsibility. All claims for damages must be submitted to the transportation company directly by the customer.

CLAIM FOR MISSING ITEMS AND/OR PARTS
Any claim for missing items and/or parts will not be accepted unless it has been submitted in writing and reported to our sales offices within three (3) days from the date received.
